🔨Refine Rates

Each upgrade to your armor increase your defense, and each upgrade to your weapon increase your damage.

If you succeed in upgrading, a 'SUCCESS' message will display on top of your character's head and the item will have a +1 (or a higher number) added to the front of its item name.

If the upgrade fails, the item, zeny used, and any cards in the slots will be destroyed completely.

Below are the locations of various Refine NPCs in most major cities. The NPCs can be hidden inside a small room of a building so be sure to look around. Usually you will also find a Material Salesman that sells Phracon and Emveretarcon, an Oridecon/Elunium Refiner and an Equipment Repairman alongside the Main Upgrade NPCs.
